Im 5'11 175 but and i wanted to add more muscle weight but im not sure if that would be overdoing it.

Im 6'1 and im 179 I guess it is okay. =). I workout all week

at basically 6 foot tall, close to 200 lbs around 8% body fat

160-175. Just lose the fat and add back with muscles! =]

I would say to 200.

195 would be ok for you. 6' is 200.
