it depends on what kind of milk you had with cereal (i assume fat free), what kind of salad (i assume reg lettuce with vinegar), how big was tea and if it had sugar in it.
its anywhere from 1100-1300cal and it is kind of low.
dont eat junk food (fries), dont eat salt, dont eat processed meats (contain a lot of sodium).
you can eat more veggies and fruit, salad without calorie loaded dressings, instead of fries try whole wheat bread, brown rice, baked potatoe etc.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

i'm on an identical boat as you. i'm presently 8 weeks pregnant and suffering plenty from morning sickness i've got misplaced 7 pounds so a techniques! My abdomen won't be able to tolerate fantastically plenty something, yet there are some issues that help. i've got discovered that salt and vinegar chips are the best! they help soo plenty that's a blessing yet I might desire to be careful on salt intake. Small nutrients with the aid of the day relatively help attempt to not get too finished or have an empty abdomen it makes nausea way worse. Orange juice is truthfully acidic and might each and every so often make it worse. I drink crystal easy because undeniable water makes me vomit and it relatively facilitates, lemonade can help too. fowl broth facilitates to boot and mashed potatoes or baked potato can pass down nicely. Having crackers on your bedside formerly you awaken will help too. attempt to stay hydrated. there is relatively no treatment for morning sickness it is poor yet only think of of that miracle growing to be interior you! better of luck :)
