my moms boyfriend is ordering me around like a dog. i want to know if there is any legal action i can take, or a link to a website showing my rights, as well as showing him he is not my father and for once and for all he is not the boss of me. him and my mom live together and most likely sleep together, and i just absolutely hate him, for he acts like a big baby and pouts for hours at a time if he doesn't get his way.

chat to your mom about this issue and she can tell you if she has allowed him to tell you what to do.

There is no legal action you can take.
In this situation, Boyfriend has as many rights as Mom allows him to have.
Talk to Mom about it, but I'll tell you that if you approach it with statements like "he's not the boss of me"...well, that sounds extremely immature, and when attempting to plead your case with a parent, immaturity usually doesn’t get you very far. THINK about what you're going to say before you sit down to talk with Mom. Approach the issue LOGICALLY and be able to back up what you say with examples--because general statements like "he orders me around like a dog" are easily dismissed.

Let your mother know what's been going on between you and her boyfriend, then the three of you should make every effort to work this problem out in a rational manner. If no reasonable solution falls into place you might need to move in with your dad or another responsible and mature adult relative who loves you and who your mother would approve of. I hope things work out for you so that you and your family can live together peacefully.

talk to ur Mom first. f she really cares for u she will do something.she may stop him or any other solution. if it does not work then go for legal action but keep in mind it may annoy ur mother.im saying this bcoz if u live with ur mother and sher bears all ur expenses then wat will b the situation when u go for a legal action against him and ur mother likes him.but he is really doing bad.

Tell your mom how you feel. Dont be afraid to be open and honest with her. And if he tries to butt in on your conversation tell him it is none of his buisness
