No creas

If someone is trying to pull a fast one on you a person will say "no te creas" which means "don't be a believer ." or don't be gullible.

If you are trying to say "I don't believe " Like I don't believe in the tooth fairy, you say "no creo"

If you are trying to tell someone not to believe a theory or a story, you would say "no lo creas".

a little more context might be helpful.

It can be traduced as "No lo creas" or "no creas".
ie. If you say in english "Don't believe them" In spanish will be traduced as " No les creas" where 'les' is spanish translation of 'them'. I hope this helps.
