Yes.

The Pope is a bishop and can perform all of the Sacraments including Baptism.

Here is a story from January 2007 stating, "Following a Vatican tradition, Pope Benedict XVI baptized a group of newborn babies on Sunday, January 7, as the Church celebrated the feast of the Baptism of the Lord." http://www.cwnews.com/news/viewstory.cfm?recnum=48504

With love in Christ.

Achild can be baptised by any Christian. As for the Pope, the child would no longer be a child if one were to wait for an appointment with the Pope.

yes. The Pope is a priest. He celebrates Mass and does all the things a normal priest does.

I imagine he has dates set aside that he makes time t do this. I am pretty sure it would involve going to the Vatican though.

If it is a question of is he able, of course, he is higher than a Priest, and he started as a Priest. If it is a question of time, he is a very busy guy.

Seriously, as the Pope, he can perform any Catholic ritual (including baptism) than he wishes.

I highly doubt the Pope would take the time for that.
