Is it possible to increasing bone width in the in the arms, forearms and wrists in your teen years like 15 or 16? I been lifting for a while now and i have a lot of muscle but its still embarrassing to have bird bones especially in the forearms and its difficult to lift big weights.

well there must be a pill for that these days lol. maybe you should just ask your doctor if it is possible.

Yes your bones can grow in those years.

Lifting, at least power-lifting (dead-lifts, squats, bench presses), also increases your bone density, making it possible to lift more weight.

But remember: if you're fit and healthy, then you look the way you're supposed to look. Don't worry about what other people think. Be proud.

you can increase bone density with resistance training but not the length or girth of the bones.

your forearms are lagging because you haven't been training your body evenly and they have been neglected. this is easily fixed with a routine based on compound exercises.
