Check with your states to but, if you lived in one and worked in the other, you should be able to. If you lived and worked in two different states, you may have to allocate the itemized deductions between the returns, I am not sure.

Yes indeed you can! They will go on your Schedule A, but will only be of any use to you if your itemized deductions add up to more than the standard deduction for your filing status.
