I don;t know of any that are smoke resistant, but being a smoker, I know that semi-gloss is much much easier to clean. Flat paint is amost impossible and if you wipe too hard the paint comes off. Use a semi-gloss and then get a bottle of Greased Lightening. You can get it at Walmart or anywhere and it is awsome. You just spray and you can see the nicotine or grease drip. You don;t even have to scrub. Just wipe gently with a cloth or soft sponge. I even use it on clothing stains. I swear by this stuff.

being a 30 year painter i can tell ya nicotine is the worse im a smoker and there is no miracle paint,as hard as it is you need to designate an area (room) but better yet outdoors..ben moore has a paint called aura which is highly scrubble ,and sherwin williams has a paint called duration which is also the same..bottom line the walls will clean fine but the amount of work you might want to take the smoke breaks outdoors at least for a few weeks once you have the nice new paint job..once it gets cold outside all bets are off..lol...the last option is to paint the walls the color of nicotine it will get one shade daker each year...good luck BIll
