Well..the first thing you would have to ask yourself is whether you feel the same way about her? If you do, then maybe you can start by asking her out and getting to know her better... But if you dont be a gentleman and dont lead her on... Be nice to her as she is in a vulnerable state.. but if she takes it further then be sure to tell her that you like her but not ina romantic kind of way..

If you like her back, tell her how you feel! Be honest! This is what a girl likes in a man. Have a quiet nice talk with her. Let her know, if you like or as a friend or as something more. Dont lead her on because if she is a friend that will only make her not trust you. Tell her up front how things can be between the two of you, whether it be just friends or more. She will appreciate.

Look her in the eyes and ask if you could take her on a picinic.
Think of it...the outside, food, private but not and just get to know her and leave the smooching til later...no matter what...you want to know if she is a good girl and she'll want to be intrigued also...what fun...not games just taking it slow...
