I listened to Joel Osteen for awhile and I like him. After awhile it sounded like one of those self-improvement seminars and I didn't even have to pay for it. For Biblical knowledge I really like Doug Batchelor on 3ABN. He has a fascinating life story. Of course everyone loves Billy Graham. I believe that no matter how far out someone may seem if you have the Holy Spirit guide you then you can sort out the human stuff and see the Divine. Satan has always mixed lies with truth so we must be able to discern. If he were to make outrageous lies no one would believe him so he works very subtly like a lion sneaking up on his prey seeking whom he may devour. "Read and listen not to believe or disbelieve, but, to weigh and consider". Does anyone remember where that quote came from? It has been my motto most of my life. You can take two people, put them in the same situation and one will come out with a positive experience and the other one won't. It is still and always will be choice. Mmm

Yes, I alternately cringe and laugh at (not with!) Jerry Falwell.
One day he warned feminists and homosexuals of impending doom.
Another day he attributed AIDS to a society that tolerates homosexuality.
On a particular "cringe," day Falwell said that a case of childhood cancer was caused by a curse by God on the family a long time ago.
Naturally, I oppose such nonsense, and so does anyone with a frontal lobe and the guts to use it.

Pastor Perry F. Rockwood, of People's Gospel Hour, age 90, still preaches 3 times a week, never missed a week in 40 years, solid, old time basic bible principals. Plus, his radio preaching and booklets, reach out to all the world.

Well, most of them are creepy to me, but I think that joe osteen is entertaining, as is that casey guy (can't remember his last name.) The older they get, the creepier they are to me.
