i have a 4x10 GK bass amp. When i turn the power on it plays like normal, its just that somehow the power light (blue), doesnt seem to show up anymore. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Since a BLUE led is not normal, I think that you just have a blue lens over a light bulb and the bulb is out. That is a very common case in many products. The Honda 1500 Panasonic radios use blue (plastic sleeves) over their lamps for example. It gives a cool glow at night with out being too bright. The bulbs would be way too bright with out the lens covering. The lens may come off from the unit and give you access to the lamp, but likely as not, you'll have to remove the lamp from the inside.

If it's a light it could be burnt out. Be weird for an LED to burn out.
