I'm about to join track and i suck at running and jumping, I'm a tall dude and have a really strong arm and torso, what do you suggest I do?

i got the perfect one for you:

Pole Vaulting

Its not really jumping, you just need good upper body strength and itll make up for white man's disease. And the running part is not about speed

i think u should do umm shotput cuz u dont need to run or jump for that just upper body and if u say u have a strong upper body then do shotput or the discus

Shot put, discus, pole vault, javelin at the college level, or hurdles XD or you can keep training til you improve on your bad events.

You could try Javellin or pole vault or maybe you could even try high jump, seeing as though you already have the height advantage.

If you keep training and put your heart into it you can do anything !

but you can try discus and shot-put (throwing events)

Do you enjoy it? If so, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Practice is always helpful. You have to build up endurance with running.

Shot put, discus, and possibly try pole vault if you are comfortable with it.
