I suspect, through what I have heard and overheard, that my next door neighbour has been using her garage to do witchcraft. She is a retired widow. Before her husband passed away about three years ago, he warned a member of my family about what his wife had been wanting to use her garage for. He gave his assurance that he would not allow her to do it while he was there.
My next door neighbour’s daughter-in-law is a super BITCCH and holds a very successful position with a major company. It seems that she lost both her parents in an accident and does not want to pay again. However, she wants more for her two children from the System.
My next door neighbour, well within hearing range, used to ask her granddaughter to go up and down the block on her scooter in front of certain dwellings. Later we could hear the woman say, “Olivia, come into the garage.” . . . “Olivia, stand right here.” . . . “Olivia, turn around three times.”, and so on.

It was something like Dorothy in ‘The Wizard of Oz’, tapping her heels three times.
Furthermore, the Jehovah’s Witnesses who live directly across the back alley from us, seem to be helping her to set up her garage, to sort of get her Feng Shui right. Interestingly, they are known as the broad minded Jehovah’s Witnesses who have never pestered anybody with their religion. Hmmmm!
What do I do about my neighbour, or rather my neighbours (in the plural)? It appears that the winter snow and the cold drove them indoors for the winter. However, the warmer weather is now on the way, and I am worried it will start all over again, just like last summer.

Fair Inquiry, her garage is very close - only a few feet away from - my bedroom window, which is open with a screen in the summer.

I think you have the makings there for a script for a new comedy-drama series. Have you tried contacting one of the TV networks?

No, I actually have not stolen fruit or vegetables from my next door neighbor. it really is one element of the Bible at the same time as God supplies preparation to Moses to bypass alongside to His human beings. This takes position in the course of the early circumstances of the Exodus. It concerns lands they're going to triumph over in the destiny and what they ought to do with that land. some verses: Deuteronomy financial disaster 6 a million)a million Now it really is the commandment, the statutes, and the ordinances, which Yahweh your God commanded to coach you, that you need to do them in the land the position you bypass over to own it. 10) It will be, at the same time as Yahweh your God shall carry you into the land which he swore for your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to provide you, large and goodly cities, that you probably did not construct. 11) and houses finished of all sturdy issues, that you probably did not fill, and cisterns dug out, that you probably did not dig, vineyards and olive-timber, that you probably did not plant, and also you shall eat and be finished.

I have to wonder what business is it of yours what she does in the privacy of her garage? I'm a Christian, and do not believe in or acknowledge witchcraft, but I'm also of the opinion that what people do in the privacy of their home is their business (as long as it's legal of course, and not harming a child).
If you feel she is in some way hurting "Olivia", then it is your legal duty to call Children's Protective Services. Other than that you should have the dignity not to gossip and leave her alone to her own demise.

If you have never repented of your sins and asked Christ to forgive you and take control of your life that would be a good starting point.
If you do that and after you are saved you can pray for your neighbor to turn from Witchcraft to Christ before it is eternally too late.

If she is breaking a law, call the police. If what she is doing in the privacy of her home is violating your rights, call an attorney. If she is not breaking any laws or violating your rights, MYOB.

I don't think there is anything you can do legally if they are not exactly disturbing you. If you are a Christian, then pray. God has the power over any evil. He can allow it or take it away. Tell Him your concerns and to deal with it.

Pray for her and of course for yourself. God is more powerful than the devil. Good luck.
p.s. Try not paying so much attention to her. It's not healthy.

Call the department of aging and report her behavior.
It could be absolutely nothing. What you describe of the granddaughter could be nothing more that a child and a grandmother playing normal childhood games.
