If we didn't judge each other, we wouldn't have survived as long. Juding each other is not a bad thing. It should be encouraged.

It's judgement that is baseless that should be discouraged. Judging based on race or gender is bad because it is a judgement based on superficial characteristics.

Human instinct...I think most reasons why is that we want to look better than the next person...so, we pin point faults in people...to look and say I would never do that or can you believe they did that...? Some people can handle things at different levels.. so when we see a person not doing what we think they should do,,think first,,How would I handle that situation,,after you have thought about it,,then I am sure your thought would drift back to how we are all not perfect and each one if we all look at ourself instead of seeing what others are doing,,most people would never judge again...I had to learn the hard way,,I still catch myself doing it at times,,so ya it is a everyday workout for each person...

People judge others because their afraid of the reality of others judging them. Although judging others is not a good thing to do, if you are judging someone else you may be judging the way God made them.

One thing I've learnt about people passing judgement on others is we usually are harshest towards those characteristics we see in others which we dislike most about ourselves.

I read your question and there was nothing wrong with it, people can be so judgemental and Jesus said judge not lest you be judged and they will.
I believe in Jesus and He is my Saviour

They have bitten from the forbidden fruit. It is quite bitter. I always reference them to Matthew 7:1-5.

It is easier to point out the bad in someone else, then it is to point out whats bad in yourself.
