With waxing you really go get what you pay for. Be sure you go to someone who has been doing it a while, otherwise you might run into problems. As far as a place, it depends where you are going to get it done at. (State, town?)

Check and see if you have an Aveda institute cosmetology school near you. I get my eyebrows waxed there and they do a great job, and it's cheap because students do the work.
