Guys have a hard time talking about their feelings (as a guy i can admit this). Thats for sure. It might help to ask him to explain how his feelings have changed. Maybe he is scared about hurting your feelings by breaking up. That last part, about him saying he just feels like you two aren't going out is really really confusing.

Sounds like there's some things to talk about still. Possible questions: "It's more important to be honest than to protect my feelings. Can you please help me understand what you said about your feelings changing - and in what way does it feel like we "arent going out" anymore?"

And let him know how you're feeling. If one person isn't feeling it anymore, and the relationship has run it's course, thats really ok. It doesnt eliminate pain or feeling hurt. Hopefully you can level with each other and be on the same page - whether you keep going out or decide to move on.

peace.

He is getting bored with you (and never really DID love you, even if he said or thought he did--or it would not change), and is starting to look around at other prospects. You will lose him, and at this point, it is just a matter of when. Guys tend to do that, and have more of a need to play the field;hating words like: "commitment", "intimacy", "relationship", "marriage", "feelings", "involvement", "long-term relationships", or the dreaded: "meet the parents"! But at the same time, they like the ease, reliability & convenience of a girlfriend committed to THEM!!

go figure....

What he is saying is that he is not into you anymore or is borad with the relationship, but there is nothing better that has come along so he wants to still have you there for when ever he wants something... I think you should tell him now, If you think that you don't have the same feelings for me then maybe we should see other people... Then if he comes back to you then will see, if you find something better out there then kick him to the crib and tell him you had your chance....

Either he doesn't have the guts to fess up that he wants out of the relationship or he really DOESN'T want to break up but feels you're drifting apart and no longer have common ground. There's something bugging him if he "doesn't feel the same about you". Find out what's pushing his buttons and see if it's something you can fix.

He is going to break up with you, he's just trying to let you down easily. If he "doesn't feel the same about you," and "feels" like you aren't going out, he wants to move on, he's just trying to be nice about it.

You're either not giving him enough sex or more likely, he is getting bored with the same type of sex and wants to do really rude things with you or it could be that you're not letting him out of the house enough - how many times do you take him round the block for a walk?

Well, maybe something is going on that makes him feel less close to you. Has anything changed....? Ask yourself if you are taking the time for each other that a relationship needs.
