Do i have to answer it that way?
What is most important is the hope of my faith, but i live my daily life with that and simple common sense.
For example: I need to pay a gas bill due immediately. But i watch soaps all day, and when i look up, a significant amount of time has passed, and i didn't get my bill paid.
It is the dead of winter, the temp has dropped to -50 degrees F. Windchill anyway.
So now I am worried, afraid, I panic.
Which of these do I access and draw upon? Faith and hope, or logic?
Again, all 3. I pray, asking God to help me find an all-night location that accepts payments, a store..anything!
My logic, has me get a phone book, and start calling places, I hope that I can contain myself and keep faith that God will help.
If I am counting money for another bill to see if i can squeeze another dime, or systematically working the floor for my brand new watch that was recently lost, I use logic. I may hope and pray and draw upon my faith as I do, but if I sit and do nothing, neither will God.
I hope that helps!

about time someone pointed this out. only as all of us comprehend electrical energy exists because some human beings have picked up a stay cord at the same time as others plugged an equipment in and switched it on. you nonetheless do not see the electrical energy yet one individual will experience that is result at the same time as yet another ought to work out it. we stay in a international the position for some reason we've scriptures that date lower back, some human beings can see obviously that prophesy has been made seem at the same time as others won't be able to. traditionally those who may have made out that they ought to hence be proper at the same time as something might want to be incorrect. better study of scripture addresses this example too. It tells us that no longer everybody will see how prophetic archives given centuries in the past are in reality coming to bypass today, it does no longer propose it isn't taking place, like Noah understanding a flood became coming, he had a job to do and were given on with the interest, he did not sit down on a rock arguing about the placement. Christians are charged with the interest of letting others comprehend what they comprehend, yet in the adventure that they don't look to be gained and given a not problem-free time, they're prompt to shake the airborne dirt and dust off their ft and leave. no longer enter right into a lengthy argument.

As a Christian, we do trust God daily but that doesn't mean that we don't have the intelligence to use logic and common sense. God Bless.

Why does anyone , including yourself , believe that the average christian has less common sense than the average individual. Perhaps the belief in Faith and Hope only helps to increase ones so called common sense with our society in need of both.

Why don't you employ logic in your question? There are many successful people in law enforcement and the military who are people of faith and they have lived longer than a week.
Your question is also a false dichotomy. If you were more intelligent you would have recognized that and refrained from asking it and making yourself look like a moron.

Like ..... said, God gives us a brain. And also he gives us these traits like common sense and logic and all those good traits because he trusts us to make the right decision.
Please think before you ask these questions, because it looks like you're saying that faith-driven christians are not smart at all.

God is very logical .
There are many police men/ women who have faith in God. Just because one puts their faith in God doesn't mean they lay down become a door mat. You don't know much about God and Christianity.

Why must the two be seperated. God didnt make humans dumb creatures.
Here is a famous story: A man was drowning in a lake and a helicopter came down and the rescuer said to climb up, but the man was like 'No I said a prayer and Im waiting for God to do a miracle'. So the man drowns. When he comes face to face with God he says "God why didnt you help me" and God replied "I sent you a helicopter"
