1997 jimmy radio question?

i want to put a cd deck in my jimmy but i cant figure how to get the custom radio out...i have some ideas but dont want to try it cuz id prob ruin it...i think if i use a butter knife i can pop the clips out but not sure...how can i do so

get those special removal tools that u can get for like 3 bucks. their din removals and slide in thise little circle holes on each end

DIN removal tools only work on Fords and certain European vehicles.

What kind of radio is in the Jimmy now?
