Cancer or AIDS?

For older people heart attack and stroke, then cancer...AIDS is way down on the list...
for younger people it is auto accidents, accidents, murder and suicides and drug overdoses...I believe..

Cancer. It is the second leading killer in the USA.
AIDS is not even in the top 10. Do a web search on "top causes of death".

Cancer i believe because you pretty much cant prevent it and more people worldwide get it
