and do you stand by it?

Yes. I stand by the things I say. However, I am still learning and my views change over time. I do not deny any new ideas or logic. It does not scare me to hear ideas that contradict my own. It helps me to reach a better understanding. Even if I decide I was right in the first place, seeing the other side of the coin gives me a better understanding of why I believe what I believe.

I am pretty sure of the things I say, but if someone has another convincing arguement and we discuss our points of view, I may change the way I feel or think. That is how we grow.
