ME is Millenium Edition. it was prematurely released on 2000 because of a leakage of a new operating system. Simply put, WIN ME is the crappy version of Windows 2000.
Do you have Windows ME as your operating system? If so, i strongly suggest you install XP or Vista.

Millennium Edition...came out in 2000 ...and was Microsoft's evil doing...by far thier worst effort in the realm of OS's I think that one gave them heartburn!
