The easiest I know of is to use a bottle of Italian salad dressing. That's it, just the salad dressing, the kind that's made with oil, not the low-fat variety.

I did this one with pork chops last night for the first time and they were soooo good. 1/2 C soy sauce, 1/2 C water (I would have used a bit less), 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp ginger, 1 minced garlic clove, 6 to 8 pork chops. Marinate chops 30 minutes turning after 15. Shake off and shake with a pork seasoning mix (shake n bake) Bake in the oven. I put them on a rack in the fridge for a few hours till the coating dried and then fried them in a little oil.

Chicken Marinade
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 (.7 ounce) package Italian-style dressing mix
DIRECTIONS
Place the chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper and pound until thin. Remove breasts and place into a large resealable plastic bag.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, and Italian-style seasoning. Pour mixture into the plastic bag containing the chicken.
Seal the plastic bag and shake gently to ensure that all the chicken is in contact with the marinade. Refrigerate marinated chicken pieces overnight or up to two days.
When ready to cook, preheat grill and lightly oil grate. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Steak Marinade
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups steak sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Into a blender pour in the steak sauce, soy sauce, Italian-style dressing, honey, and garlic powder. Blend for 10 seconds. Pour over any type of steak, cover, and let sit overnight; turning occasionally to coat all sides.
Pork Chops Marinades
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 pork chops
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow dish, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic powder. Place chops in dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Grill steaks 5 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness

This is Soooo simple and everyoen Iknow Loves these: Creamy chicken enchiladas: 1 pound boneless chicken breasts diced 1 8oz package cream cheese cut into cubes Flour or corn tortillas 1 can diced green chili peppers ground cumin 1 or 2 can green enchilada sauce Shredded cheese Cook the chicken in a skillet and when the chicken is done add the cream cheese, it will melt. As the cream cheese melts add the green chilis, and a couple of good dashes of cumin. Continue to heat on low until the cream cheese has melted. Fill a tortilla with the chicken mix, roll and place in a baking dish, Continue until the chicken mix is gone. Top with the enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 min or until the sauce is nice and hot and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Here's a marinade I use for london broil:
2 ounces olive oil
1 ounce red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
half teaspoon salt
quarter teaspoon black pepper
do diagonal crosshatching with a sharp knife on both sides of the meat, put the meat and marinade in a large plastic bag, and let sit in your fridge overnight - then grill or broil.

I like Jerry E's recipe. For variety, I'd add:
1) dry mustard
2) Worchestshire sauce or soy sauce
For pork or chicken, I'd add catsup.

Worcestshire sauce, garlic and onion powder, celery seed, dill weed, Italian seasoning and a little meat tenderizer. It works fine!
