Hi.... I'm pretty much doing a copy and paste job for your question....As I get this same question asked to me all the time.... My hair grow super fast and is very long.... How fast does your hair grow now? Normal rate is around 1/2 inch a month.... Lets see where to start.... 1st don't cut !!!! Salons want you to have your have trimed often because they want your money.... Hair grows from the roots and not the ends... If you don't have split ends then your hair doesn't need a trim.... Longer you can go between trims the longer your hair will get.... The more you trim the shorter your hair is going to get :o( Patience is Key !!!! No heat also.... That means no hair dryers, curling irons or products of any kind..... They are bad for your hair :o( As for split ends.... If you do have them trim only right about where is needed or do a dusting.... One of best ways to reduce split ends and breakage of your hair so it can grow long is let your hair air dry and then comb out.... DON'T brush while your hair is wet.... Hair is like elastic and when wet is more prone to streching out and breaking.... Try to avoid brushing so much.... Use a wide tooth comb.... Massaging your head will help stimulate your growth also.... I have tried so many different shampoo's and condidtioner's over the yeras with my hair being long and short.... The one I like the best at this time is Redken Clear Moisture.... Love it and smell's great too :O) Anywhooo.... Good luck :O) Just a warning though.... There is NO fast way to grow hair long.... It takes time....

you cant actually make your hair grow faster but if you take care of it properly, you wont have to cut off as much split ends and therefor it will take less time to get long and it will be healthy. make sure to use good products and do a deep conditioning every 1-2 weeks. get trims every 6 weeks (depending on your hair, my hair is fine and i need to get trims more than that) cus if you don't your hair will split and you will have to get even more cut off because it will break off a lot more than a trim would cut.

I've tried MANY hair products trying to find the perfect one. I now only use salon products because they are much better for your hair. Joico was alright, and now i use L'anza healing moisture care. it doesn't contain sulfates, which is in most shampoo's (the harsh kinds are in the drgstore brands) this is used to clean your hair but it is so harsh it ruins and dries out your hair. L'anza is sulfate free and since useign it my hair is so silky, sofy, and nice. it also protects against the sun.

Oh and also take a multi vitamin, because helping it from the inside out helps even more than the outside!
