Is it better to tip one large tip at the end of the stay? Because it seems inefficient and awkward to be tipping for each and every service.
The wedding ceremony and reception will be at the hotel, and my mother and I are staying here for 4 days for the event.
Thanks!

Depending on how large the hotel is, you may not see the same staff person each time during the four days. Plus I'd consider that you won't have that many services provided before the wedding (bellhop, doorman, maid, possible concierge) for these (not considering the wedding - $1-$10 depending on the service provided.

For the wedding, you may want to see the websites provided. They mention that if the tip is not already included for ther hotel staff waiters/ waitresses, it may be wise to either go 1-2% or set an amount for each server and give it to the host/ess for distribution. Other staff are covered on the sites as well - valet, bartenders, managers, etc.

Congrats on the wedding!
