I can't provide a video or anything, but you would do well to invest in a set of dumb bells. The upper arm requires a lot of over-the-head lifting and out to the side -- work on those "chicken wings" under your arms. In general, the muscle you can feel aching after you do the lift for a few minutes is the one you are working, the one that will grow stronger. The jelly look is stored fat which does not have enough muscle to support it. Build the muscle, and the fat will burn off in the process.
