If someone is spiritually dead, would they know it? That's a good question. I'd say that if someone was "spiritually dead" they would know SOMEthing is wrong, but maybe not be able to put a finger on it.
However, I do NOT believe that all non-Christians are "Spiritually dead." This is probably where you and I would disagree. I am a non-Christian who believes that I am spiritually alive. If you believe I am a "Spreadone" then obviously, from your perspective, I don't have a clue - since I think I'm not spiritually dead.
And with all due respect, this word you've created is SILLY beyond all silliness! You're cracking me up with this one.
