what should my first purchase be? my limit for every month will be $50 cuz im trying to build my credit. so help me choose wisely! =)

Actually, just HAVING the credit card will help you build your credit. BUT! If you MUST spend, make sure you make all your payments on time, or it'll ding your credit score. As far as what to buy, it depends on who you are. There's movies, books, video games, clothing (summer's coming), presents for people, gas for a car, etc.

As far as building credit goes, It doesn't matter what you buy, as long as you pay it off!
