After 13 years of not knowing to much abouth him i finally got in contact with him again in the internet, we talk in the phone sometimes and i feel like I'm still in love with him. I got a family on my own but i can stop thinking about him. Everytime that we talk i feel nervious. What can i do about it.

You have a bad case of "stuck in the past-itis"
Stop talking to this person now, you are doing yourself a disservice if you think this is real love...
be aware of the fact that the grass is always greener on the other side of the septic tank...
and that you are being emotionally unfaithful to your spouse...
that sounds way harsh but it's the truth...
Stop this now, it will take you no place good...
Do you really want to risk your family on this remote, at best, connection with someone from your past?

you have a family of your own? do you want to jepardize everything you have over a guy that u're not even cares about you?
about my first love, i admit, im still kinda soft thinking about him but there is no way im am going it ruin my future. if he is getting along fine without me and is probably with other girls, why should i waste my time thinking about him?
you should do the same. dont even risk what you have now for that. its the past.

You have your own family. If you can't stop think about it then maybe you need to stop talking. Are your feelings for him worth your family? Think about the toll on them.
