Is it only vocabulary?

Bahasa pasar means "market language". I guess it is the same as bahasa prokem or bahasa slank (slang). It is the language used by city people, cool people, people on yahoo chat etc. I have also noticed that people in kampungs (villages) use their own slang version of their local language.

Bahasa baku means "standard language" so it is the language taught in schools and spoken by educated people, newsreaders, polititians and tourists. The locals often make fun of tourists who use bahasa baku as it sounds too proper to them so it is in your interest to learn a bit of slang just to keep your street cred!

No, it is not just different in vocabulary but in grammar and pronunciation as well. Sentences in bahasa pasar are usually more brief as it is only spoken.

For example:
Bahasa pasar: "Tak best la camtu"
Bahasa baku: "Tidak baguslah kalau begitu"
