You need a photo editing software such as Photoshop CS 2 by Adobe or Corel Paintshop Pro version 12. Then I highly suggest you take a class somewhere on learning how to use them. Or just buy a one of those books for dummies.
It really isn't all that hard to do, you just have to learn how to use the software and if you spend 30 mins per day reading the book or the online help on the cd/dvd, you will be doing alot more then resizing your photos in no time.

Get them wet and throw them in the dryer, that will shrink them all right! While they're in the dryer, why don't you run out to the bookstore and get a self-help manual on learning to spell and write a decent, intelligent sentence.... hmmmm??

you will probubly have to upload them to a picture holder thing. such as photobucket. thats what i have. and you can resize them on there.
