Anyone have a good "cover story" for Tummy Tucks?

I'm having breast augmentation and a tummy tuck in a few weeks. I don't mind telling others about the BA, but the tummy tuck is a bit more awkward. I have lots of loose skin from my 3 kids, & I'm looking forward to having a new tummy (no amount of working out could get rid of this!). But I don't really want others to know about the TT. Anyone else in this situation? Any good "cover story" for it? I don't think I could get away with a vague "female surgery" to cover with co-workers and friends. Thanks!!

You don't mind telling people you will have fake breasts, but don't want to tell them you are having a tummy tuck?????
That is weird!!! It seams backwards.

Tell them you had an appendectomy.
