my work out plan: run for 15 mins, do 50 crunches, run 15 mins, 50 more crunches, 40 push ups.
Ive been doing it for a few days, but nothing is hapening. in fact i feel even more bloated and fat then ever! excersize is supposed to make you happy, its not making me happy!
I'm cutting down on food, id have a peice of bread for breakfast with milk, then an apple or preztle during the day, and a full dinner at night, maybe chicken and brocolli. maybe salad too.
why do i feel so bloated? how can i stop this from happening?

nothing happens that fast, its not like you gained that weight in a few days...
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

a few things: if ur heavier it is harder on joints like the knees when u run, and crunches and push ups do NOT burn many calories. try swimming. if u can join a team and practice 4-6 times a week. it burns cals and builds muscle. food: whole grains, vegetables, fruits, protein (white meat has less cholesterol than red), some fats (from fish, oils, nuts etc), and lots of water
u might feel bloated b/c u r not used 2 ur diet and/or workout
if u keep swimming after u get the body u want u can eat basically w/e u want! (i swim 5-6 days a week, hr and 1/2 a day and have to consume about 5000 calories a day [im 5'4"])

The first thing you shopuld do when trying to loose weight is not starve yourself. Eating very little through the day and having a full meal at night will do your digestion no good. Its not a suprise you feel bloated.
Instead of having one big meal have a few small meals throughout the day, your metabolism will quicken and you wont feel fat or bloated. I did just that as I was almost 14 stone at one stage and I lost 3 and a half stone by doing as I said.
Good luck my friend.

It's because when you start exercising for the first month, your body has to retain water in order to keep itself hydrated. This is normal. You won't feel good exercising until your body adapts to the changes.
Also keep in mind, eating less will not help you lose weight. It will cause your body to store more food and you will feel fatter. You have to spread out your meals. Eat less, but more often. Try eating every 2-3 hours and try not to eat too much before you go to sleep. Also keep away from those sweets!

First you need to drink more water. Increasing your cardio time would help also cause the more your heart rate stays in the safe fatburning zone the more calories you burn. And using proper portion sizes and smaller more frequent meals helps. Hope this helps you. Also change your workout routine some cause eventually your body will plateau if you don't make the workout routine more challenging.

Read the Bible, New Testament first. Trust that Jesus Christ died to your sins and rose once more that you just could have everlasting lifestyles. Ask Him into your lifestyles as your private Lord and Savior. Ask God to forgive your sins. Determine to are living for Him as first-rate you'll. Look for a Bible-believing church to wait. Look up those Bible verses: John one million:12, Romans three:23, Romans 6:23, Romans five:eight, Romans 10:thirteen, First John one million:nine and final however no longer least, John three:sixteen

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

study the glycemic index and adjust your diet. Don't stop eating because your body will just hold on to every bit of fat. Drink LOTS of water and green tea.

eat more small meals a day and drink plenty of water before meals, the more you eat the more you burn.
