You are at a healthy weight now and most likely do not need to lose any weight but i do know how you feel. Being 100 pounds is underweight though so try and aim for around 115. Being underweight is just as bad as overweight.
A diet that consists of just celery and water would never work because your everyday diet does need variation, try other vegetables and fruits and green teas and flavored water or diet sodas also.
I do know where your coming from I'm 17 , 117 pounds and 5'6 yet i still do feel pressure, being a teenager, to be like every girl wishes to be like the models and people on TV.
Good luck:)

No. You will lose a little bit of weight but starving is not the way to lose weight. You are already pretty skinny and it will take your body a while to lose only 5 lbs because you dont have anything extra to lose.
The way to lose weight and keep it off is to increase your metabolism by eating 4 or 5 small meals a day. What you are wanting to do is put your body into starvation mode. As soon as you start eating again you will gain the weight back plus some.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You will probably lose some weight, but probably not 25 pounds. And be very careful that you don't develop an eating disorder.

you will lose 25lbs yes, but dont forget the fact that you will become pale as a ghost, and develop many other problems that could lead to death...also the weight you lose will be muscle
so you will look like a flubbery skeleton.

If you are 125lbs at 15 years old and 5'5" then you are very fat. If I were you I would definitely look at losing some weight... celery and water would work but whatever you choose LOSE IT FAST! You don't want to be fat when you graduate, you will look chubby in your grad pictures and no one will want to bring you to the prom.
Start eating that celery!

Its possible because you're basically starving yourself. But your Body Mass Index is 20.8 which is normal...so why would you want to lose weight?
