I am not referring to the time after your child is asleep, I mean how often do you and your spouse go OUT together *just the two of you*....?

Thanks ...........♥

We go out together twicw a month on average. Then we have our seperate going out times maybe twice a week I go somewhere w/o him and the kids and twicw a week he goes somewhere w/o us. It 's not written in stone , but that is how it has been going lately. Or we invite another couple with kids over to the house , cook dineer and watch a movie. I do feel like we spend alot of time together. Even if you have to wait to the kids go to sleep, you have yo find the time and enjoy it any wway you can. Be husband and wife first , parents second, happy marrigae makes for a happy family. We are trying I hope we will succeed

My sisters and I alternate one weekend a month babysitting so that we can have alone time with our spouses, also since I work a night every other month my hubby takes a day off from work and we spend the entire day together.

Make sure the kids take classes at the same time, and you'll have a few hours together alone. Another option is exchange sleepovers for all kids with another married couple with kids.
ring kids to grandma for a weekend.

Every few months we get to go see a movie while Grandma babysits. And during the summer I take a week or two and travel with him, just the two of us. He travels for work so we spend most of his home-time as family-time.

We usually have "date night" a couple of times a month. Also, we are in a band together. He plays guitar; I play bass. So we have additional time together for practices and gigs. I don't know if that counts. Musicians can be just like little kids...

my daughter is 9 months old now and my husband and i haven't had "alone time" out since i was pregnant. anytime we go out to eat or to the movies, she comes with us. part of its because i hate leaving her and the other part is i dont' really have anyone to watch her. the only time alone we get is when she is asleep and even that doesn't last very long.

Not as much as before. But we make sure to find time at least once every two weeks to have dinner in a good restaurant.

anytime when we need fresh airs, enjoy nature for half the day, listen to the birds sing, or even leave the kids with a sitter and go spend at least two nights out in a hotel alone, no kids, no friends just us alone good to spend time alone gives your relationship a boost of what you need.

Next to never. My husband travels for work and I have 4 kids - two of which play travel hockey, one that is on a gymnastics team and the other that is on a dance team. Sheesh - I barely have time to breath. I'm jealous of everyone who does get time though.
