Has anyone ever been born with three eyes in their head?

I only ever heard of one case and it was in the country of Bhopal. Bhopal had a rash of birth defects in 1985 due to a gas leak that occurred in December of 1984.

I have seen more than my share of birth defects but have never personally witnessed one that involved three eyes.
