When you ask a question, can you please tell us which god you are asking about? Questions like 'Do you believe in god?" are just too vague, really.
Just mention quickly which god you want us all to believe in. It's respectful to people of other beliefs, it's respectful to other gods, and it makes it so much easier to answer your questions.
With 10,000 gods around, I feel more and more like 'spin the wheel and pick a random god' when I try to answer a question.
Really, it's not such a big deal to be a little more specific about your god, right?

aren't the answers and question long enough already?
but just a simple Jehovah God should be simple enough.
but doesn't the same thing go for the use of religion?
but it is had because when we Christians, say Jehovah God, people think that we are Jehovah's witnesses.
I hope you can see the problem there.

i think the general rule of thumb is if they spell it with a capitol G, they are referring to the abramic God, the one that Jews and Christians worship. Chances are if they're muslim they'll use Allah, and if they were another religon they'd use a specific name.
the Judeo-Christian God has a monopoly on the word God

Usually when people say God, they mean the god of the Hebrews or one of his evolutions (El, Yahweh, Allah, Jehova, Jesus, or the Holly Spirit).
Most other gods just go by their name: Krishna, Quan Jin, Bacchus, etc..
Its like when people say America--they usually mean the USA. Not concidering the other 20+ countries in the American continents...Becasue usually those other countries just go by their real name: colombia, canada, brazil...etc.

Personally,I believe that Jesus Christ is God Himself
"For even if there are so-called gods whether in heaven or on earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords, 6yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him," (1 Cor.

I agree. People need to specify because it is quite confusing. I mean, I never know whether people are talking about Zeus, Thor, Ares, Hera, Sutekh, Osiris...be more specific!

So true. Now I can ask questions about my god. Chuck Norris. He would kick the Christians gods a** so hard.

There is only one God, He is the only God I ever speak of. If a reader does not understand this, I doubt they have much interest in what I might have to say.
