NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.
Source:
A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

okay. here are a few REALLY good tips and tricks.

1)get a face wash thats right for your daughter. ITS BEST if you get a kit, like a face wash, toner, and moisturizer.
**i would recommend a ton of different kits, like proactive, BUT REMEMBER, different kits work best with different people, it doesnt work for everyone. So get a good brand, but dont spend, like, 80 bucks for a kit.**

2)ONCE YOU HAVE A FACE WASH KIT, you need to open those pores. So i would recommend getting a face towel. Dampen it with water [dont stand there waiting for the water to heat up the towel!!], and put it in a microwavable bowl. Heat it up in the microwave for like 10 seconds. THIS will be PIPING HOT! so becareful. put it on your daughers face, WHEN ITS at the right temperature. YOU DONT WANT TO BURN HER SKIN!! :) do this 4-5 times.

3)Follow the instructions on the acne kit.

THEN YOUR DONE!

okay. but there's more!!! need the zits gone faster?
read on...

*it sounds gross, but as an overnight treatment, but puttin deodorant will dry out the pimple quickly.

*you can also try toothpaste on the zit.

*have a table spoon of salt, and a teaspoon of water. mix it until it forms a mush, that you can hold, and its not too watery. IF its too watery, add more salt, and if its too dry, add a little bit more water. then take small bead sized peices of the 'salt dough' and put it right on the pimple. Have some band aids, like the round small ones used for cuts and tiny wounds, and put it over the salted zit. Leave it on for a couple of hours. This should dry out the zit. BUT dont leave it on too long. DEPENDING on how sensitive your skin is, you might leave a redmark around the spot where the zit was, so do it when your not going out any tie soon. BUT AT LEAST you got rid of those pimples! if it gets red, put on some aloe vera, or some skin soothener.

Wash face with a really good product. If tried almost everything try a more expensive brand. Well this is what I use. http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products... Keeps face 100% oil free for up to 12 hours. Oil is why we breakout. When pores are large oil get out to the surface attracting dirt, makeup buildup and clogs the pores. If we don't clean, tone and moisturize pimples are created. You need a really good product that is best for oily skin. Cleansing washes away dirt, makeup buildup, and other debris that clogs pores. Toning closes your pores so oil don't get out to the surface. Oil stays in. Moisturizing protects your face from the sun and because of the cleansing that washed away oil and toning closes your pores so oil don't get out, Moisturizing hydrates your skin and puts it back in shape. I also use this http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products...
right when I see a little one about to come out I apply this on the spot and then by the next day it's gone. Keep your skin blemish free! Treat, heal, and manage breakouts with Blemish Control Acne Treatment Gel. The salicylic acid helps control blemishes, while the Nutrilite-approved ginseng provides clarifying properties, and the chamomile soothes skin.

if not try this http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=701940
# The Acne Treatment Wash clears pores of oil and debris and gently exfoliates to smooth skin’s surface.
# The patent-pending stabilized sodium chlorite contained in the Purifying Toner reaches deep into pores to break down and eliminate "bacteria-friendly" oil.
# The Acne Treatment Lotion treats and rejuvenates challenged, acne-affected skin

Definitely take her to a doctor. This problem can get serious if ignored. I know because I had bad acne when I was a teen and I used an advertised product. It didn't work. I still have scars.

don't ever wash face with soap and water, it will dry out the face. If she tries popping the zit carefully when they start getting white, have her just remove what's on the surface. This will help get rid of what's in the way of the deeper part of the zit that can't get out. In the meantime use a dab of toothpaste on the zit to dry out the zit and soften the skin. It works very well. Just take the zits one at a time and she'll be ok. She can also wash her face with Dove's cleansers to keep her skin clean and soft. If she's a little self conscious just reaussure her that everyone goes through it and she's still beautiful no matter what! Good luck!

Hi no name

I know this probably hasn't ever been brought up, but there are ways to get rid of acne for good. Sometimes if you get rid of the toxins in the body, the body will then set up its own defense system and start fighting things like acne and other problems we experience on a regular basis.

Please go to this website http://www.mywaiora.com/200534 and take a look at the natural toxin fighter. It is right on the front web page. If you click on the product link, you will find other products that can probably help as well.

I recommend Neutrogena Rapid Clear. It is a maximum strength acne treatment that clears breakouts fast and helps prevent emerging breakouts even before they become visible. This formula contains MicroClear, a powerful new technology clinically shown to boost delivery of acne medicine to clear congested pores and speed treatment deep to the source. It is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores), oil-free and dermatologist tested.

If you are willing to spend a little extra money, try Proactive.
If not, I think Walmart has an acne fighting system called AcneFree. I haven't tried that myself, (I use Proactive) but I have heard that it works well for the price.

Proactiv is expensive. And so is AcneFree.
I tried Proactiv, and it did NOT work for me. Waste of money.
What you do is, go to CVS or WalMart, and get Clean&Clear, the cream, 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. No, it will not burn her face, and if you're afraid of it, then get the one with less percent on it. But the Clean&Clear items have worked for me.
Also, take her to a dermatologist, it's a really good idea. He'll say how to better treat it.
And don't let her touch them, it'll scar, and scars are bad.
