Mine's cornflakes laden with blueberries, sliced banana, sprinkled with mixed seeds and nuts and drenched in ice cold milk - delicious, timeless and nutritious!

okay, so a little heady at midnight, but absolutley fantastic when coming home a little, well, under the influence!
Take a slice of salami, lay a strip of fetta cheese down the middle, top with a sundried tomato or two, roll up the salami, and wrap a baby spinach leaf around the roll. Absolutely divine! And quick and easy enough to make 2, or 3, or 10...
This can be modified too for whatever is in the fridge: ham instead of salami, cream cheese instead of fetta, olives instead of the sundried tomato, go crazy!!

Two slices of bread lightly toasted and not to brown.
Spread some butter
Place a slice of processed cheese on each one
Thin slices of apples
some brown sugar on top
under the grill till apples are browned.

When I was a kid we used to make cinnamon toast. Sliced bread and butter sprinkled with cinnamon sugar placed on a sheet pan and broiled.

li am a big fan of the 2 a.m. bowl of cereal, i have special k red berries. other times i wake the whole house up making a bagel ( my toaster plays music when the toast is ready) with cream cheese and grape jelly.
