going nuts over the sawdust. Rolling in it and acting ecstatic. What kind of wood could it be?

Acch, that driftwood was from the cross that Catsus was crucified on. Catsus was the son of Cary the virgin cat.

Don't cut it up any more, start a new church and ask people to send money!

It wouldn't neccessarily be any specific type of wood, but the texture instead. Cats like to roll aorund in fine dust and dirt, as a cooling machanism, and also to masque their scent.

Your cat may have really liked the scent of fresh saw dust. Cats do o "ecstatic" over certain scents that they find really appealin or scents that remind them of happiness and security. Maybe you should bottle the saw dust and market it as an alternative to catnip? he he he

More than likely, they simply recognized it as something that would help disguise the fact that they otherwise smell like cats. It's actually a very common thing for cats to do, and is done on instinct, in order to help them with their hunting (their prey won't smell them coming).

Cats sometimes like things like that. They probably think it's hot or something so they roll around like a pig

my cats are the same they play with a dust bunny but pay $100 on a cat scratcher and they never use it lol

cats are interesting... i have 5 they tend to roll in things after you pet them so yes they are trying to make them smell diffrent.
