Take it easy. You are still too weak to workout. Your body needs rest to recover!!!

What you need to do for AT LEAST 3 more days is replace all your electrolytes. Trust me on this. I had walking pneumonia once and I drank lots of water (which is important) but failed to replace electrolytes (fruit juices, gatorade, etc.) and paid the price - took me even longer to recover!

So be sure to do this - and if you exercise regularly, you should be doing this anyway, but ESPECIALLY after you had a fever.

You also need to nourish your body and continue to get rest (sleep is the only time your body truly recovers).

If you 'feel the need' to be physically active - stay home and use your energy to clean instead. It's low-impact, you're warm, inside your house and still recovering.

Do laundry - clean those sheets, wash dishes, get those 'sick germs' away so you don't have a relapse.

After you do this, you certainly won't have that 'urge' to go exercise anymore, but you are doing yourself a benefit by getting a little physical activity you crave, while preventing yourself from getting sick again.

Give yourself time and by all means, stay warm, get rest, nourish yourself and you'll soon be ready to go back out there again and do the things you love.

Feel better!

It would be best to give yourself another 24 hours to recuperate. The wind may still be cool, and that will aggravate your mucous membranes which are probably still sensitive. You may also be slightly dehydrated from the fever and the runny nose. Keep yourself warm, drink lots of liquids, and if you feel better tomorrow, resume your normal activities. :)

Id give the body a couple days to recouoperate from its little battle with the virus. But if you feel you must get out there, check with your doctor first, they know best.

Nope. Or at least if you do, wait till the sun is out. Or sit in front of a window to get a little sun, and take your vitamin C.

God,no! You have a cold, and it's best to stay in bed with blankets on. Also, be sure to relax and to drink lots of liquids. Check your temp daily. Hope you feel better!
