Dear Lord God, my heavenly Father, I beg you to grant Seal the gift of hope. Seals life is dark and full of sorrow. There seems nothing to look forward to but sadness.
Show Seal that life has duties and many pleasures still waiting for Seal. Revive within Seal the desire to live.
Plant hope in Seals heart, that despair may vanish as the dew before the sun. I know all good things come from you, and you have promised to give them to your children who try to serve you.
Let the hope of happiness in the world, come to brighten Seals way.
I ask this in Jesus' name.

We must, as living creatures, believe that living is superior to not-living. We must, as thinkers, hold that thinking is better than not-thinking. As knowers, knowing to not-knowing.
"To be or not to be" has never been the question. "How to be?" That is the question. It is within us each to be- and it is the sum of that be-ing that makes us what and who we are.
When we are in doubt of what and how to be, we must remember that the experience of self-doubt is itself invaluable knowledge on any path to self understanding, even if the very experience is harrowing.
That said, Seal, don't get lost in the tempest. There is light and hope from within the darkest shadows; I trust you to find your way through them. There are people waiting for you on the far shore, here to lend a hand if you need us.
