im a college student, and between studying, doing my projects and hanging out wit hmy boyfriend, i kind of let myself go....

iv been trying to lose weight, buts just so hard, and i give up.

i want to lose about 30 pounds, i weight 150 now, but i want to get at about 120-5 ish..... and i want to be healthy about it.

can anyone help me?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Many people believe the best way to loose weight is to eat less. This is not true. A days intake of food should consist of about 6 SMALL meals. This would be breakfast (the most important meal), a morning snack, lunch, another snack, dinner, and a snack. Make sure the food you eat is healthy and make sure to eat correct portions. DO NOT EAT AFTER 8 O'CLOCK PM; all calories consumed at night will turn to fat while you sleep. Exercise regularly. It doesn't have to be vigorous exercise; do things you enjoy such as swimming, walking, tennis, soccer, etc.

I had the same problem, I orderd these diet pills off the net called phenermine, its a cheaper virsion of adipex an I tell they work great, they control your hunger, You get hungry but you cant eat much when you do... They got me back on track, its the only diet pills ive found to work... Just stay away from soda an fried foods... Good Luck!

eat lots of veggies the kind you like and if you want you can use thangs like fat free ranch dressing for taste but use a very little, drink lots of water no sodas or coffee, and at all times stay away from sweets and thangs like that
