Here's some science stuff to add in:
electricity, electromagnetic radiation outside the visible spectrum, atomic and sub-atomic particles.
Bacteria and viruses as DBZnut mentioned.
Complex numbers (square root of -1 sounds impossible, but a whole load of important maths would be impossible without it)

My boyfriend!!! always disappearing!!!
...Seriously, love comes from the heart, the heart holds hope, faith & joy. The brain keeps the imagination & keeps you feeling young, with the child like ways. Hatred & love are so alike, if you hate someone they are always in your thoughts, maybe not for the right reasons, but it also applies to love. Spirits & Angels wander & flutter around, protecting those they love from their demons, going unoticed as life goes on............ And I don't even drink!!! xxx

Firstly there is God (The Trinity) then I believe in Eskimos, whatever is on the other side of the sun, Google (never seen a Google before), air and Doctor Who (yes, I actually believe he exists but we've only seen actors)
Yes, I am wierd. But God isn't...well actually he is, wierd basiclly means unusual and since there is only one God (in His three forms) then He is the wierdest thing in history.

Atoms, air, thought, electrons, heat, cold, in fact the list goes on and on; it's much easier to list the things that I can't see and that also seem to the living mind, totally improbable.

Gravity, the economy, keep left, or right (it depends on what country you're driving in), free speech, the rule of law, the basic goodness of most people.
