This is almost a no brainer. When a man has a lovely lady in his arms, close up and tight against him, any additional touching is icing on the cake.
Sure, touching his gentital area, would drive him crazy, I know it does me.
Reaching around, and putting your hands on his butt, and pulling his privates against your own, will cause his knees to weaken and almost buckle.
