Today, I Have been having pains in the back lower part of my head, my upper back and my shoulders. What can it be? It starting today. I don't know what to do. thanks for your help!

Its been making me sleepy and my body doesn't want to move.

If you do a lot of computer work this can cause pain in the head, and shoulders. You need to take breaks every 30 minutes and stretch your muscles and relax for five minutes.
You're feeling extremely tired could be chronic fatigue. There's many reasons why you could be feeling the way you are. It would be best if you had your doctor do a thorough examination to find out what is causing your problems.

Are you setting for long periods of time like on your computer or maybe doing a craft project?
You need to get up and move around every 30 to 40 minutes and stretch your body.
Have you been under stress?
If this continues you need to see your doctor.

So you are not able to think your middle being damaged? Hmm. That isn't soreness receptors. And this frame is transitority, we will be able to get an everlasting one. One that point and area is not going to become worse, so almost an indestructible one. So if it are not able to be destroyed, how so much soreness could or would this new frame suffer? We will are living eternally, we get the alternative of wherein this can be. Bless you and search skills, lest you grow to be a idiot like many others.
