I know this won't be the exact answer to your question. But it's hard to determine what you should eat because I know nothing about you or your health. Look, it doesn't even matter. I have helped many people lose weight, by never changing their died that much. I will say this... Eat normally as you always do and read this article that will show you how to lose weight without the need of diets...
