Absolutely not!!! When a dog is spayed the uterus and overies are removed completely thus making it totally impossible for her to become pregnant.
If it were possible it would totally defeat one of the purposes of spaying.

I wouldn't think so unless the vet charged you for something that wasn't done or not done right.
If your dog has issues, please take it to the vet...She might have something else wrong with her!
