We are not all related, and not everyone was decended from Adam and Eve.
On the 6th day, God created (in the flesh) all the races, the ethnos; then on the 8th day, God took a curve (not rib in the manuscripts, but "curve") from Adam and formed Eve. There were already thousands of people on the earth from the 6th day "creation". (the reason I put creation in quotes is because God has already created all souls eons ago, but when you read in Genesis, you are reading of God placing those souls into flesh for this age).

Yes, we are all related from Adam and Eve. Also from Noah and his children because they were the only ones after the Great Flood.

If Adam and Eve were real, then yes, we would all be related.
At this point, it is likely that everyone is related to some small degree.

We are related in the flesh, but not the Spirit. Only those who are born of the Spirit are sons and daughtors of God.
