You need to determine why the current overloaded in the first place. Replacing the fuse or resetting the circuit breaker will just overload the circuit again unless you decrease the load.
Either something shorted or you overloaded the circuit... find out what happened, fix it, then reset the breaker or replace the fuse.

Well all this is true, but the first thing i would do is shut down everything and most importantly discharge my self, by touching any metal first. Human body has tendency to get static charges from such things. Rest you know what to do, troubleshoot the problem, start from the problem and go backwords.
