Not so much giving money - though I do to my Church and charities - but I give a large amount of time.

I give 10% of my check every 2 weeks. I also go to Wed night Bible class and Sun morning church service.
Some teach Sunday School, Usher, in the choir, etc so that adds more time.
It doesnt matter what you give. It's giving with a good heart and living a lifestyle that's pleasing to God. These are more important than anything!!

I do tithe montetarily - won't lie, I haven't always - and it's not always easy - but I did decide to do it and am sticking to it.
I am always more than willing to tithe and then some of my time - and fortunately have found a home church that has room for me to give as much of my time as I can and want to.

Time is important, and I do offer it. I play in a worship band that's 3 hrs of practice for 1/2 hr set/week, then I am a small grep leader in my CR ministry. I am also studying and growing in order to offer service to others later.

Oooooh, I do the monitary thing, but I don't think I've consistantly done the time thing - very interesting concept. That definitely something I'll have to add to my list of life goals.
Thanks

it isn't required... it's asked of us.
We are to give with joy and thanksgiving.
and yes, my family does.
